1. Search for the mobile number in Octane.
2. Go to Actions > Query > Query / Reset SIM.

Activation Code:
To manually activate the eSIM, copy the Activation Code shown in the red box and use it in your device when prompted.
Scan or Email QR Code:
Under the “Scan or Email QR Code” section, hover your mouse over the envelope icon and click Email QR to send the QR code.
